This place is clean and tidy, plus it's right near the main train station. the bed is super comfy, the room has a modern look, and the bathroom is top-notch! 🌟

The hotel was set in a central area adjacent to many bus/tram lines, Vittorio Emanuele Metro Station, "Nuovo Mercado Esquilino" market, supermarket "Emme Piu" and a nearby restaurant. The employees were amicable and really good.

The location is great, just a short walk to Roma Termini; breakfast offers a nice variety of items like croissants and cookies.

The room has a comfortable bed, a walk-in shower, and free toiletries in the bathroom, all recently renovated for a cozy stay.

I stayed at Lin Mare for 4 nights with my family and had a great time. The location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation. The room was clean and spacious, with daily cleaning service. The host, Sophie, was accommodating and understanding when we had to change our dates. The complimentary coffee, fruit, and biscuits were a nice touch. I also appreciated the option to leave our luggage for late departure. a wonderful stay and I would definitely come back.

Lin Mare was a great place for our family stay in Rome. We loved the location, as we could easily walk to many attractions and only had to take the metro to Vatican. Sophie, our host, was understanding and accommodating when we needed to change our reservation. the room was clean and spacious, with a lovely view of the street. the kitchen had everything we needed and the heater kept us warm. Highly recommend this place for a memorable experience.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was clean and spacious, with high ceilings and plenty of natural light. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a well-stocked shared kitchen and amenities available for our use. The location was perfect, as it was very close to the subway station and within walking distance of the city center and the Termini station. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay more fun.

I had a comfortable stay at a conveniently located accommodation near the train station. The room was excellent, with clean and new linens and a sufficient number of sockets for all of our devices. The staff was very supportive and accommodating, even when communicating remotely. it was a good experience at this guesthouse.

The room at this place was perfect for a good night's sleep - clean, silent, and with curtains that blocked out the light. The beds were comfortable, and the shower was hot and enjoyable. It was conveniently located just a short walk from the train station. The cable TV had channels for kids, which was great for families.

The triple room at Lin Mare was absolutely fabulous! I loved the cozy and inviting atmosphere. The bed was so comfortable, and the flat-screen TV was perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The bathroom was spotless, and the free toiletries were a nice touch. As a business traveler, this room provided everything I needed for a comfortable stay.

Personally, I wasn't a fan of the satellite channels on the flat-screen TV. But hey, different strokes for different folks, right?
